This policy explains the data used by the ZoomNice brand, account and checkout services.

Information we collect

Account email, optional name and identity-provider reference.
Order, payment-provider reference, payment status and entitlement history.
Security, error and service-operation logs.
Messages you send to support.

Payment information

Stripe, Airwallex or Creem processes payment credentials. ZoomNice does not store full card numbers, wallet credentials or online-banking passwords.

Product data

Each product describes its own data handling. Record is designed for local-first media processing; central account and checkout services do not require uploading source recordings.

Why we use data

Authenticate accounts and prevent abuse.
Create and verify orders.
Deliver, expire or revoke product entitlements.
Provide support and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

We share data only with service providers needed to operate authentication, email, hosting, payments and support, or when legally required. Records are retained only as needed for service, security, accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion, contact support@zoomnice.com. Some payment and accounting records must be retained where law requires.
