Terms for using ZoomNice.

The service

ZoomNice is operated by LIANG XIA, ABN 19 907 139 047. Products may have additional product-specific instructions that form part of these terms.

Accounts and Free

Provide an email address you control, keep access secure and do not share authentication codes. A new account starts on ZoomNice Free without a payment method. Free product features and reasonable usage limits may change as the products develop. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.

ZoomNice Pro

• US$9.90 for 30 days at the current published price.
• One-time purchase; no automatic renewal.
• Access begins after payment confirmation.
• The included entitlement keys may expand as products are added; a purchase includes only products stated at checkout.
• Future subscriptions, if introduced, will require separate explicit consent and terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, automate abusive traffic, evade limits or violate third-party rights.

Availability and changes

We may improve or change product features. We will not deliberately shorten an active paid access period without a lawful reason, security need or refund/remedy where applicable.

Liability and consumer law

The service is provided with the guarantees required by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing excludes non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
