Simple terms for a focused product.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using ZoomNice, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires parental consent, a parent or guardian must approve your use.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method and for activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and current. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or purchase has been used without permission.

3. License and permitted use

Subject to these Terms, ZoomNice grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the product for personal or internal business purposes. You may use videos you lawfully create with ZoomNice for commercial or non-commercial projects.

You may not resell, sublicense, distribute or provide shared access to the software or license; bypass payment or access controls; reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it; interfere with security; or use ZoomNice for unlawful, infringing or harmful activity.

4. Your recordings and content

You retain ownership of your recordings, source media and exports. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to record people, screens, applications, websites, audio and other material included in your content. ZoomNice is not responsible for third-party content or rights violations caused by your use.

5. Free and paid features

The free version may include watermarks, resolution limits or other restrictions shown before export. The Early Bird Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks the local and offline paid features described at checkout for the life of the ZoomNice product.

“Lifetime” refers to the commercial life of the product, not the purchaser’s lifetime. Future online services that create continuing infrastructure costs—such as cloud storage, hosted sharing or cloud rendering—may be offered separately. We will not convert the purchased local license into a recurring subscription.

6. Payments, taxes and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize the displayed charge and confirm that the payment information is valid.

Eligible purchases may be refunded within 14 days as described in our Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction are not limited by these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep ZoomNice reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or changed for maintenance, security or product development. We may add, modify or discontinue features. Material changes affecting a paid local license will be communicated reasonably where practical.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

ZoomNice, its software, branding, interface and documentation are owned by ZoomNice or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment, while we remain free not to implement it.

9. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoomNice is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect focus detection or compatibility with every device, browser, codec or third-party service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoomNice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid license will not exceed the amount you paid for that license. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ZoomNice at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, threaten its security or fail to pay an amount due. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

12. Changes, disputes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised date here. Mandatory consumer protections and dispute rights available where you live remain unaffected. Questions may be sent to andyabc@gmail.com.
